Registration fee is not transferable to any other attendee or meeting.

Registration fee will be based on the date of receipt of payment.
Registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, trade exhibition, conference lunches & the conference kit.
Charges incurred for bank transfer, Cheque / DD, Credit card payments needs to be borne by the payee.
Accompanying person / spouse & children will not be allowed in the scientific sessions and exhibition.
Students should submit a bonafide letter / certificate from their Head of the Department / Unit to avoid inconvenience onsite.
Conference Organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
The registration fee does not include any travel cost, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfer.
The registration fee is inclusive of Service Tax
Conference kit will be distributed to the pre-registered delegates at the time of check-in at the venue. Conference kits for delegates registering on-spot will be on availability of stocks and on first come first serve basis.
Conference identification badges are mandatory for all conference events (Scientific Program, Lunch, Cultural Event if any & Exhibition)
Payments will be accepted only through VISA and MASTER CARD.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to Windergy India 2017 Secretariat.
Cancellation received on or before 30-November-2016 will be entitled for only 80% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations received between 01-December-2016 to 31-December-2016 will be entitled for only 50% refund of the amount paid.
No refund for cancellation made after 01-January-2017.
The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference
